Application Methods

All classes of the 2024 competition accept online application or application by post. 

All competitors are deemed having read the application methods and procedures with due care. All the competitors are deemed to have knowledge of competition rules and regulations, and they agreed and bound by the arrangement of relevant competition contents and details. 

Please note that once the application is submitted, all competition application fees are not refundable.

Application by Post

Competitors can download the application form from the Association’s website. Competitors should fill in the application form accordingly and return it together with a crossed cheque or a bank deposit note. The application form and the cross cheque or bank deposit note should be mailed to:

After receiving the application form by post, the Association will email the competition and confirm with receiving the relevant applications. 

In order to make the application process a pleasant and efficient experience, please ensure the email address included is clearly written and a valid email address.

 


 

Online Application

Competitors can apply via the Association's online application system from , or via the link of the Association's website.
Competitors can apply and submit their applications via the online application system.
After successfully applying, the application system will generate a confirmation email to the competitors. Competitors should check their email accounts. Competitors should ensure the email addresses input are accurate and valid to receive emails. Payment made via PayPal should directly transfer the application fee to the Association.
Where the competitors submitted an online application and paid the competition fee by bank transfer, bank deposit, PayMe or FPS, competitors should cap screen or picture the payment proof. The payment proof has to be uploaded to the application.
Where competitors applied via our online application system but opt for settling the application fee by cheque, it is necessary to send the cheque to the Association. Please write down the competitors’ name(s), contact number, joined classes, event numbers and competitor’s application number. Please send in the cheque on or before the cheque expires. The cheque should be sent in to:

If the competitors choose to deposit the cheque on their own, please cap screen or picture the cheque deposit note. The competitors should upload the cheque deposit note when submitting their online applications.

 


 

Cheque Payment

Competitors can submit their applications by post or via our online application system. Their applications can be settled by cheque payment.
Please mail the Association one cheque with the total sum of application fee. Cheque should made payable to “香港音樂顧問及服務有限公司” or “The Hong Kong Music Service and Consulting Limited”.
If the competitors join more than one class, please settle the payment with one cheque. On the back of the cheque, write down the competitors’ name(s), contact number, joined classes, event numbers and competitor’s application number. If the competitors applied via our online application system, please write down the competitors’ name(s), contact number, joined classes, event numbers and competitor’s application number on the back of the cheque.
The application number can be found in the email application confirmation sent by the Association.
